Rural Rizm

We packed early and hit the road, bound for a mate’s cattle farm and a weekend of campfires, country tunes, and chasing deer across 3,500 acres of rolling green. The first night served up a cracking stew and a few close encounters, but it was the morning that delivered — deer in the back paddock, a quick brew in hand, and a stalk that ended with a young fallow buck on the ground.

What followed was equal parts sweat, laughs, and teamwork as we hauled our prize back across the farm — the kind of weekend that reminds you why we do it.
